Meet Magento India Awards Nomination Form

Eligibility Criteria:
1.1 To be eligible for the Awards, the participant must be registered to attend Meet Magento India 2025.
1.2 Participants must have a valid and innovative solution relevant to eCommerce, which may include but is not limited to technology, software, marketing strategies, or logistical solutions.

Submission Requirements:
2.1 All participants must submit their solutions for consideration by the specified deadline (Jan 07, 2025).
2.2 Submissions should include a detailed description of the solution, its features, benefits, and a demonstration of its effectiveness in the eCommerce sector.
2.3 Any supporting materials, such as presentations, videos, or prototypes, should be submitted along with the application.
2.4 All participants are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 500 per application.
2.5 All applications submitted by the participants must have the written consent of the merchant they represent.

Evaluation Process:
3.1 A panel of judges appointed by Meet Magento India will evaluate the submissions based on criteria such as innovation, impact on the eCommerce industry, feasibility, and potential for implementation.
3.2 The judges' decision will be final and binding. No appeals or disputes will be entertained.
3.3 Any campaign of negative publicity initiated by any participant or slandering against Meet Magento India, its jury members or staff may result in strict legal action.

Award Categories:
4.1 The Solution Implementation Awards will be categorised based on different aspects such as technology, marketing, logistics, and overall impact.
4.2 The organisers reserve the right to add, modify, or remove award categories at their discretion.

Prizes:
5.1 Winners will receive recognition and promotional opportunities at Meet Magento India.
5.2 Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative will be offered.

Intellectual Property:
6.1 Participants retain the intellectual property rights to their submitted solutions.
6.2 By participating, participants grant Meet Magento India the right to use and showcase their solutions for promotional purposes.

Publicity and Marketing:
7.1 Winners may be required to participate in promotional activities, including interviews, press releases, and social media posts.
7.2 Meet Magento India reserves the right to use the names, images, and information of the winners for promotional purposes.

Disqualification:
8.1 Meet Magento India reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in any unethical or fraudulent practices including coercion, solicitation or directly contacting any jury member to influence the outcome of the award in their favour.
8.2 Disqualified participants will forfeit any prizes awarded, and their submissions may be removed from consideration.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:
9.1 Meet Magento India reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time.
9.2 Participants are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms and conditions for any changes.
